Second Prize: Magic Mirror by Luo Siwei (China)
"The magic mirror we design is a twisted cirque structure, which is 160 meters in diameter. We set some kind of special fountain system and specialized water equipment system in the cirque, which can turn water into rain, snow, fog, Lunt and hailstone that is to perform several kinds of weather phenomena. omg.. this is cool.. it's related with what I'm designing now
hope at least give u some inspiration. U can also refer some past year Evolo Competitions. I remember have one that look similiar where the high rise building forms a very huge frame to frame up the city.
