"The team composed of graduates of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and headed by Cesar Perez Becerril, has been announced winner in a national competition for a memorial to commemorate the Bicentennial of Mexican Independence. The design proposes a vertical height of 104 meters of coated quartz and slender, which eliminates the role and obstruction of reform. “It’s simple and effective.
